Latest Announcement: Since there have been a lot of recent requests for an extension of paper submission deadline by our foreign participants, the committee members of this event have decided to extend the deadline for final paper submission for one more week. That means all papers must be successfully submitted NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 19, 2018. Participants who are unable to submit the paper by October 19, 2018 will lose their qualification to participate.
